Una práctica dinámica y accesible inspirada en el método creado por Larry Schultz, diseñado para construir fuerza, flexibilidad y equilibrio a través de una secuencia progresiva y liberadora. En esta clase multinivel, exploraremos la secuencia Rocket 1, una adaptación del Ashtanga Yoga tradicional que combina transiciones fluidas, respiración consciente (Ujjayi Pranayama) y una estructura diseñada para elevar la energía y despertar el cuerpo. Cada semana avanzaremos de forma progresiva, permitiendo que cada estudiante construya su propia práctica desde la base, explorando posturas de equilibrio, inversiones y movimientos que fortalecen tanto el cuerpo como la mente. La clase será impartida en español, con traducción al inglés si es necesario. ___________________________ A dynamic and accessible practice inspired by the method created by Larry Schultz, designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance through a progressive and liberating sequence. In this multi-level class, we will explore the Rocket 1 sequence, an adaptation of traditional Ashtanga Yoga that combines fluid transitions, conscious breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), and a structure designed to raise energy and awaken the body. Each week we will advance progressively, allowing each student to build their own practice from the ground up, exploring balance poses, inversions, and movements that strengthen both the body and mind. The class will be taught in Spanish, with English translation if needed.

I am aware that Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio is here to serve me by sharing knowledge of yoga, meditation and health (hereafter, “yoga and/ or services”). I understand that the practice of yoga involves physical movement and exercise which may from time to time be strenuous, and that such practice carries some risk of injury. I understand that I must judge my own capabilities with respect to practicing yoga at the Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio (hereafter referred to as AHYF Studio) By my participating in classes, private lessons, workshops, teacher trainings and other activities at the AHYF Studio, I agree to take full responsibility for not exceeding my limits in the practice of yoga, for selecting the appropriate level of classes, workshops, trainings and events taught at the AHYF Studio and for any injury I might suffer in the practice of yoga. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation in classes at the AHYF Studio. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor immediately if an injury occurs during class. I understand that, from time to time during classes at AHYF Studio, instructors may physically adjust a student’s form during yoga sessions. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor at each class I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such physical adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time. I hereby waive and release any claim that I may have at any time for injury of any sort against the AHYF Studio or any person or entity in any way involved therewith, including without limitations its principals, instructors, employees, agents and representatives. I understand that the AHYF Studio is not responsible for my personal property or any lost or stolen items. During, before and after classes or events, I might be filmed or photographed for promotional materials, I give my explicit permission for my image to be used. Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises. I have carefully read, fully understood and agreed to the above.
