You’re invited to an evening of gentle yoga and sound healing.
🗓 Sunday, August 3rd from 5 PM - 6 PM 📍Awakening Goddess Studio, Alpharetta.
We’ll begin with a slow and soothing gentle yoga practice to help you unwind and reset from the week. Then, you’ll be guided into stillness as you submerge in the healing frequencies of sound—a full-body experience that calms the nervous system and restores your energy.
Come relax and restore. No experience is needed—just bring yourself, a mat, and an open heart. This class is free for all, with donations always appreciated.
