Yoga en familia ofrece un espacio para conectar, estar presente, y jugar por medio del movimiento, consciencia plena y la respiración. Una sesión divertida con tu familia para desconectarse de la rutina y disfrutar un momento de conexión profunda. Abierto a niños desde los 4 años y adultos de todas las edades. No se necesita experiencia ni ser flexible, solo tener un corazón y mente abierta. Cuenta con reirte, moverte, respirar, relajarte, y hacer poses que te sorprenderán. Será una clase única e inolvidable. ¿Qué es el yoga en familia? Ofrece tiempo de calidad para hacer una pausa, conectarse, estar presente y sintonizar entre sí a través del movimiento, la atención plena y la respiración. Las sesiones de yoga familiar incluyen movimientos lúdicos, poses, historias y juegos sensoriales. Es una forma agradable de conectarse sin pantallas o distracciones. Practicar yoga juntos crea experiencias compartidas y construye una conexión emocional. Es una forma no competitiva para que todas las edades se mantengan activas juntas. Practicar en familia ayuda a todos a regular las emociones con más calma e intencionalmente. El yoga enseña habilidades valiosas para toda la vida: los niños aprenden atención, paciencia y conciencia corporal; los padres modelan hábitos saludables, regulación emocional y autocuidado. $10 p/participante. ————— Family Yoga Sunday, January 18, 10 am-12 pm Family yoga offers a space to connect, be present, and play through movement, mindfulness, and breath. A fun session with your family to disconnect from your routine and enjoy a moment of deep connection. Open to children ages 4 and up and adults of all ages. No experience or flexibility is needed, just an open heart and mind. Expect to laugh, move, breathe, relax, and do poses that will surprise you. It will be a unique and unforgettable class. What is Family Yoga? It offers quality time to pause, connect, be present, and tune into each other through movement, mindfulness, and breath. Family yoga sessions include playful movements, poses, stories, and sensory games. It's an enjoyable way to connect without screens or distractions. Practicing yoga together creates shared experiences and builds emotional connection. $10 p/participant.

I am aware that Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio is here to serve me by sharing knowledge of yoga, meditation and health (hereafter, “yoga and/ or services”). I understand that the practice of yoga involves physical movement and exercise which may from time to time be strenuous, and that such practice carries some risk of injury. I understand that I must judge my own capabilities with respect to practicing yoga at the Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio (hereafter referred to as AHYF Studio) By my participating in classes, private lessons, workshops, teacher trainings and other activities at the AHYF Studio, I agree to take full responsibility for not exceeding my limits in the practice of yoga, for selecting the appropriate level of classes, workshops, trainings and events taught at the AHYF Studio and for any injury I might suffer in the practice of yoga. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation in classes at the AHYF Studio. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor immediately if an injury occurs during class. I understand that, from time to time during classes at AHYF Studio, instructors may physically adjust a student’s form during yoga sessions. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor at each class I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such physical adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time. I hereby waive and release any claim that I may have at any time for injury of any sort against the AHYF Studio or any person or entity in any way involved therewith, including without limitations its principals, instructors, employees, agents and representatives. I understand that the AHYF Studio is not responsible for my personal property or any lost or stolen items. During, before and after classes or events, I might be filmed or photographed for promotional materials, I give my explicit permission for my image to be used. Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises. I have carefully read, fully understood and agreed to the above.
