Este es un espacio para regresar a ti: para bajar el ritmo, escuchar tu corazón y permitir que la medicina del cacao te lleve a un estado más suave, presente y auténtico. La ceremonia es guiada por Maura Sacach, mujer indígena Maya Kaqchikel de Guatemala, conectada con comunidades donde el cacao ha sido medicina espiritual y cotidiana por generaciones. Como cofundadora de Maya Moon Cacao, Maura honra estas tradiciones y trabaja para llevar dignidad a las familias que cultivan cacao. Nos reunimos alrededor de un altar inspirado en la tradición maya, comenzando con copal para limpiar la energía y abrir el corazón. A través de historias, enseñanzas y la presencia del grupo, se crea un espacio íntimo donde la sabiduría ancestral y el cacao se entretejen. Este círculo es una invitación a reconectar con tu esencia, recordar tu luz, soltar lo que pesa, calmar la mente y abrir el corazón. The ceremony is guided by Maura Sacach, an Indigenous Maya Kaqchikel woman from Guatemala, rooted in communities where cacao has been spiritual and everyday medicine for generations. As co-founder of Maya Moon Cacao, Maura honors these traditions and supports the families who grow cacao with dignity. We gather around a Maya-inspired altar, beginning with copal to cleanse the energy and open the heart. Through stories, teachings, and the presence of the group, an intimate space is created where ancestral wisdom and cacao come together. This circle invites you to reconnect with your essence, remember your light, release what feels heavy, calm your mind, and open your heart. Ceremonial cacao is shared as a gentle, loving medicine that supports inner clarity, deep rest, and true connection. This gathering is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you already are. A gift for your soul, your body, and your spirit. > Space is limited to maintain the intimacy of the circle.

I am aware that Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio is here to serve me by sharing knowledge of yoga, meditation and health (hereafter, “yoga and/ or services”). I understand that the practice of yoga involves physical movement and exercise which may from time to time be strenuous, and that such practice carries some risk of injury. I understand that I must judge my own capabilities with respect to practicing yoga at the Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio (hereafter referred to as AHYF Studio) By my participating in classes, private lessons, workshops, teacher trainings and other activities at the AHYF Studio, I agree to take full responsibility for not exceeding my limits in the practice of yoga, for selecting the appropriate level of classes, workshops, trainings and events taught at the AHYF Studio and for any injury I might suffer in the practice of yoga. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation in classes at the AHYF Studio. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor immediately if an injury occurs during class. I understand that, from time to time during classes at AHYF Studio, instructors may physically adjust a student’s form during yoga sessions. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor at each class I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such physical adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time. I hereby waive and release any claim that I may have at any time for injury of any sort against the AHYF Studio or any person or entity in any way involved therewith, including without limitations its principals, instructors, employees, agents and representatives. I understand that the AHYF Studio is not responsible for my personal property or any lost or stolen items. During, before and after classes or events, I might be filmed or photographed for promotional materials, I give my explicit permission for my image to be used. Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises. I have carefully read, fully understood and agreed to the above.
