Una práctica enfocada en liberar el cuerpo desde sus capas más profundas a través de estiramientos sostenidos y la quietud consciente. En este espacio cálido, utilizaremos el poder del tiempo y la respiración para acceder a la fascia, promoviendo una mayor movilidad, hidratación y equilibrio energético. Cada postura se mantiene por varios minutos, permitiendo que el cuerpo se suavice gradualmente y se revele una sensación de apertura y renovación. La práctica invita a observar, soltar y reconectar con la sabiduría interna del cuerpo. No se requiere experiencia previa. Todos los niveles son bienvenidos y se proporcionan los props necesarios. La clase será impartida en inglés y español. Y el espacio estará a una temperatura de 80 a 85 grados. ___________________________ A practice focused on releasing the body from its deepest layers through sustained stretches and conscious stillness. In this warm space, we will use the power of time and breath to access the fascia, promoting greater mobility, hydration, and energy balance. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the body to gradually soften and reveal a sense of openness and renewal. The practice invites you to observe, let go, and reconnect with the body's inner wisdom. No previous experience is required. All levels are welcome, and the necessary props are provided. The class will be taught in English and Spanish. And the room will be heated to 80-85 degrees.

I am aware that Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio is here to serve me by sharing knowledge of yoga, meditation and health (hereafter, “yoga and/ or services”). I understand that the practice of yoga involves physical movement and exercise which may from time to time be strenuous, and that such practice carries some risk of injury. I understand that I must judge my own capabilities with respect to practicing yoga at the Atlanta Hispanic Yoga Festival Studio (hereafter referred to as AHYF Studio) By my participating in classes, private lessons, workshops, teacher trainings and other activities at the AHYF Studio, I agree to take full responsibility for not exceeding my limits in the practice of yoga, for selecting the appropriate level of classes, workshops, trainings and events taught at the AHYF Studio and for any injury I might suffer in the practice of yoga. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation in classes at the AHYF Studio. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor immediately if an injury occurs during class. I understand that, from time to time during classes at AHYF Studio, instructors may physically adjust a student’s form during yoga sessions. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor at each class I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such physical adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time. I hereby waive and release any claim that I may have at any time for injury of any sort against the AHYF Studio or any person or entity in any way involved therewith, including without limitations its principals, instructors, employees, agents and representatives. I understand that the AHYF Studio is not responsible for my personal property or any lost or stolen items. During, before and after classes or events, I might be filmed or photographed for promotional materials, I give my explicit permission for my image to be used. Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises. I have carefully read, fully understood and agreed to the above.
